Who can join?

As an existing member, your family members are entitled to all our services and benefits. These benefits include higher yields on savings, no minimum balance or service fee for checking, lower borrowing rates on loans, 24-hour access to your account, lower cost financial products and more. Although Credit Union member eligibility is limited, your membership grants instant eligibility to all members of your family. Employees of VA Miami Medical Center, UM Hospital, Alterman Transport Lines, members of the Jewish Orthodox Community in South Florida and employees of additional Select Employee Groups (SEGs) are eligible for membership. If you live, work, worship, volunteer or attend school in, and businesses and other legal entities located in specific areas of Miami Dade County, you may be eligible for membership. Please stop by or call us at (800) 834-3495 to determine if you qualify for membership.

If you own a business and would like to offer the benefits of credit union membership to your employees, please contact us about becoming a SEG. There is no cost to your company to enhance your employee benefits package and to show your employees that you care about their financial well-being.

Once a member — always a member

Enjoy the benefits of membership for life! Once you are a member of the credit union, you can retain your membership for life, even if you change jobs, retire or move.

We encourage you to also share the benefits of credit union membership with those closest to you—your family! Once you join, your family members are also eligible, regardless of where they live! Eligible family members (natural, adopted, foster or step) include spouses, children, parents, siblings, grandchildren, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Your family members can retain their membership in the event your account is closed.
